Salesforce continues to deliver innovation with each Revenue Cloud release, and Winter ’26 is no exception.

This release introduces a wide range of enhancements that improve efficiency, flexibility, and scalability across the Quote-to-Cash process. In this blog post, we’ll explore the major features included in Winter ’26, supported by demos and examples from a pre-release org.

1. Salesforce GO Setup for Revenue Cloud

Winter ’26 introduces Salesforce GO, a guided setup experience for enabling Revenue Cloud. From the new Salesforce GO menu, admins can easily activate and configure Revenue Cloud with step-by-step instructions. This simplifies onboarding and ensures your org is set up correctly from the start.

2. Product Catalog Management Enhancements

A new Product Catalog Management Cache option boosts performance when browsing product catalogs. This feature can be enabled in Product Discovery Settings and is designed to make catalog navigation faster and smoother.

Additionally, Product Category Sort Order now allows admins to define custom sorting using a sort order field. Instead of default alphabetical ordering, categories now display in a sequence aligned with business needs.

3. Improved Constraint Model Management

Admins and product managers can now view and edit constraint models directly from product records. Previously, constraint models were only accessible from the dedicated constraint tab. This enhancement provides a more intuitive way to manage configuration rules alongside product details, attributes, and bundle structures.

4. Quote Enhancements

  • Quote Deep Clone: Users can now clone entire quotes—including lines and groups—with a single click, making it easier to create variations or reuse existing quotes.
  • Transaction Line Editor: The new Sales Transaction Line Editor consolidates groups into one interface, supports nested groups, inline adjustmentsproduct quick addbulk delete, and introduces a refreshed UI for usage-based products. This upgrade brings more flexibility and control to quoting workflows.

5. Advanced Configurator Updates

For teams working with complex product configurations, the Advanced Configurator gains several new capabilities:

  • Import product component groups into models.
  • Use object data for constraints, supporting larger rule sets (up to 50,000 rows).
  • Convert existing configuration rules into constraints using a new conversion tool.

These updates accelerate modeling while reducing manual effort.

6. Multiple Orders from a Quote

Winter ’26 finally brings the ability to create multiple orders from a single quote. Admins can configure orders to be generated by:

  • Groups within the quote
  • A specific field on quote lines
  • Or keep the traditional single-order creation

This was a highly requested feature that aligns Revenue Cloud with capabilities previously available in CPQ.

7. Approval Enhancements

A new Approval Component allows users to preview approval flows before submission. This visibility into the approval chain ensures smoother processing and reduces surprises. Users can also submit approvals directly from the component without needing custom solutions.

8. Asset Management Improvements

Revenue Cloud Winter ’26 adds powerful features for managing customer assets:

  • Asset Transfer between accounts (with contract reassignment if needed)
  • Rollback of asset actions to undo the most recent transaction
  • Automatic Co-Termination of quotes created from contracts
  • Price-Only Amendments with CPI-based rules
  • Extended Terms on amendment quotes without requiring cancellation and replacement

These features streamline renewals, amendments, and corrections in the asset lifecycle.

9. Pricing Procedure Enhancements

The Formula Element in pricing procedures now supports multiple formulas in a single element. This improvement reduces the number of elements required, helps avoid hitting system limits, and makes pricing logic more efficient to manage.

Conclusion

Winter ’26 is one of the most feature-rich Revenue Cloud releases to date. From enhanced product and quote management to powerful asset lifecycle updates and configurator improvements, this release equips businesses with the tools to run more efficient, flexible, and scalable revenue operations.

Future updates will dive deeper into Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator, Ramp Deals, and Billing enhancements as more features are tested and rolled out.
