1. Overview
Thank you for purchasing from The Cloud Update Solutions.
Because our offerings are digital training products and related services, access is typically granted immediately (or guaranteed upon the Launch Date for pre-orders). For this reason, all sales are generally final, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law and the limited exceptions described below.
This Refund Policy explains how we handle refund requests.
2. Scope
This policy applies to purchases made directly through our Site, including:
- The “Implementing Salesforce Revenue Cloud” Course (including pre-orders)
- Other online courses or digital training products
- Bundles, add-ons, or memberships sold as digital products
If we offer separate refund terms for a specific product (for example, a money-back guarantee), those terms will be clearly stated on the relevant sales page and will supplement this policy.
3. Digital Products – All Sales Final
3.1 No refunds for change of mind
Due to the digital nature of our products, and because access to course content or pre-order entitlements cannot be “returned” in the same way as a physical product, we do not offer refunds or credits for:
- Change of mind or “no longer interested”
- Not using or completing the Course
- Dissatisfaction with the content where the Course has been delivered as described on the sales page
3.2 Pre-orders
When you purchase the Course on a pre-order basis:
- Your payment is collected at the time of purchase;
- You gain the right to access the Course when it is released around December 22, 2025;
- The purchase remains non-refundable, except as described in Section 4 below or where required by applicable law.
4. Limited Exceptions
While all sales are generally final, we may, at our discretion or where required by law, provide a refund or partial refund in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate payment:
You are accidentally charged twice for the same product, and no additional access or benefits were provided. - Technical issues on our side preventing access:
A prolonged, verifiable technical issue on our platform prevents you from accessing the Course and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe. - We cancel the Course in full:
If we decide not to deliver a pre-ordered Course at all, or permanently cancel the Course before providing you with access, we will offer a full or proportional refund. - Legal obligations:
Where applicable consumer protection or distance-selling laws require that we offer a refund, cancellation period, or other remedy, we will comply with those obligations. The specific rights available to you will depend on your jurisdiction.
Any refunds granted outside of these situations are at our sole discretion.
5. How to Request Consideration for a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under this policy or under applicable law:

- Include:
- Your full name
- The email address used at checkout
- Order number
- The product purchased
- A clear description of the issue and why you believe a refund is appropriate
We may request additional information as needed to review your request.
We aim to respond to refund-related emails within 5 business days.
6. Chargebacks
A chargeback occurs when you dispute a charge with your card issuer or bank. We encourage you to contact us first if you have any concerns about your purchase.
If you initiate a chargeback:
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the Course and other Services while the dispute is under review.
- We may provide documentation to the card issuer or bank demonstrating that the transaction was valid and that you agreed to our Terms & Conditions and this Refund Policy.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be communicated via email or a notice on the Site.
Your continued use of the Site or access to purchased products after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
